Patient-Centered Care: Patient S.E S.E is currently a unhurried at St. Francis Memorial Hospital on the behavioral Health unit. She is a 22-year old Caucasian female who attends San Francisco State University. She is recently brought in by her family because of their concern about her suicidal ideation. S.E is angry at her family for this and did not want to stay. As a result, she was put on a 5150 at St. Francis Memorial Hospital. The patient has a report of delusional saying, depression, manic behaviors, not sleeping, and paranoid suspicious behavior. She in any case has a history of several hospital admissions because of her diagnosis of bipolar Affective Dis monastic order, but this is her first time at St. Francis Behavioral Health unit. While universe interviewed, her mother shows up for a visit and the interview continued with both of them. In the counterbalance of the interview with comely S.E alone, she was in denial for having changes in inclination or times where her mood is euphoric and elevated. The patient states that she is except suffering from depression and having suicidal thoughts. She refuses to take medications because she believes that there is vigour wrong with her.
